To upload or download your MS Access Database, you need to access your Virtual FTP Server using an FTP Client Software as we explained first-above.
Once you are able to log-in on your Virtual FTP Server, upload or download your MS Access Database within the sub-directory /db. To do so, you must first enter the folder /yourdomain.com then /db which is grouped with the sub-directories /www, /special and /logs.
