WWW.COM.PH servers use IMail as its email server. IMail offers a lot of features, among them a way to filter spam mail by defining a set of key words that IMail will flag. In order to activate these features for all email accounts under your hosted domain, follow these steps:

A. Go to your webmail page by typing in http://www.YourDomain.com:8383
B. Log on as admin@YourDomain.com and provide the password.
C. On the drop down menu on the upper right, go to Domain Processing Rules.
D. Under Bound drop down menu, choose Inbound rules and follow these steps:

Step 1.

In the Field dropdown menu, choose the means by which an email message will be identified. Available choices are Subject, To, From, Sender, Header and Body.

Step 2.

Choose Contains or Doesn’t contain radio button.

Step 3.

In the Phrase text field, type in the words corresponding to the Field option that you selected.

Step 4.1

Under the Rule text field, you can string several rules together by clicking Insert AND or Insert OR. Clicking Remove will remove the rule.
